Fast Fix & Flip Loans, a division of Apex Commercial Lending in Florham Park, NJ, funds real estate investors in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. It offers fix and flip, ground-up construction and bridge loans from $50K to $3MM.
The Challenge
Investors compare lenders on rate, leverage and speed, and they move on quickly when terms are hidden. The website had to show the numbers up front, build trust for a financial decision and turn interested investors into submitted deals.
What We Built
TJB WebMedia built a conversion-focused WordPress and Elementor website that answers an investor’s first questions in seconds.
- Terms at a glance: the “Financing Solutions Built for Real Estate Investors” hero is followed by starting rates, leverage and closing speed.
- Side-by-side loan programs: a comparison table of the three programs, with a detail page for each.
- “Analyze My Deal” lead form: a no-cost, no-obligation deal review that repeats down the page, plus a “Get Pre-Qualified” path.
- Reasons to choose them: a “Why Investors Choose Apex” section covering no tax returns, direct access to the lender and closings in as few as 7 days.
- Simple process: a four-step “How It Works” section that shows what happens after an investor applies.
- Investor resources: calculators, Investor Insights articles and state location pages.
The Result
Fast Fix & Flip Loans now has a website that speaks the investor’s language. Borrowers can compare programs, check terms and submit a deal for review without picking up the phone.
