Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of tjbwebmedia.com and to services provided by TJB WebMedia, a New Jersey SEO and web design company located at 14 Beverly Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you engage us for services, the written proposal or agreement we send you governs that work, and these terms apply to anything it does not cover.
Our services
TJB WebMedia provides search engine optimization, web design and development, AI search optimization, and related digital services. What is included in any engagement is set out in the proposal we send you before work starts.
No guarantee of rankings or results
This one matters, so we will be direct about it. Search engines and AI systems control their own algorithms and change them without notice. Nobody — including us — can guarantee a specific ranking, a specific amount of traffic, a specific number of leads, or that any AI system will mention your business.
What we commit to is professional, ethical work; clear reporting of what we did and what happened; and honesty when something is not working. Any agency that guarantees you page one is either misleading you or planning to do something that will hurt you later.
Your responsibilities
For us to do our job, we need you to:
- Give us timely access to the accounts and systems the work requires
- Provide content, approvals and feedback within a reasonable time
- Make sure anything you give us to publish is accurate and that you have the right to use it
- Tell us about changes to your business that affect the work
Delays in these areas will affect timelines, and in some cases results.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your proposal or agreement before any work begins. We do not add charges you have not agreed to.

SEO engagements with TJB WebMedia are month to month. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.

Ownership
You own your business. That includes your domain name, your hosting account, your website and its content once paid for, your Google accounts, and your data. We do not hold any of it hostage, and if you leave, you take all of it with you and it keeps working.
We retain ownership of our own internal tools, templates, processes and know-how, and the right to describe the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential, and we expect the same of anything we share with you about how we work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, TJB WebMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from our services or your use of this website.
